AL Rustaq: Oman LNG signed an agreement for the ‘Innovation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Technology Centre’ at the Directorate-General of Education in the Governorate of South Al Batinah, which is being established during academic year 2018-2019. The agreement was signed by Hamad bin Khalfan al Rashdi, Director-General of the Directorate-General of Education in the Governorate South Al Batinah and Rashid bin Abdullah al Nasri, Acting CEO of Oman LNG Company.
The agreement comes within the framework of a partnership between the private sector and government educational institutions for the development of the members of society and work to increase the efficiency of learning, in addition to providing teaching devices and scientific tools. The project includes furnishing and supplying various devices, tools and service facilities in two halls for scientific innovations, robotics and artificial intelligence in the Wilayat of Al Rustaq.
